Week two - Fitting 40mm lowering springs ( until coileys can be acquired...), Panel air filter K&N obviously, de-badging front grill, meshing bottom grill.
Update ECU to 99 rate fuel, also see what other bits i can fiddle with in shop.

Week three - Locate full leather interior, fabricate heated seat function (from doner mondeo), Tint rear windows. Tint rear lens'

Any other ideas?!

Powerflex suspension bushes, turns your Puma into a road legal go-kart but stiffens ride up too, some say harsh, but i grew up in rally cars, so dont mind a harsh ride.

Wheres the best place to get them?

Are they straight press out replacememnts of the lower arm bushes etc?

As your in Andover, then best to talk to Richard at Tremona garage in Southampton, great garage, looks after my Puma and keps it running great.

Link here: http://www.tremonagarage.com/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; Pumaspeed in Leeds/Wakefield can send bushes to Tremona for fitting, thats what i did with my Milltek exhaust.

I cant see fitting them to be too hard can it?!
I mean i am supposed to be level 3 tech certified with Ford ha!
But i wouldnt wanna f unk something like this up

As they've probably been on the car since it rolled off the production line, we are talking about a lot of work, unless you have a press handy

Regarding heated seats, you are probably better to just get a kit, I have fitted these to my Recaro's;

http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/WAECO-HEATED-SEAT-KIT-RETRO-FIT-KIT-FOR-2-SEATS_W0QQitemZ260545462539QQcmdZViewItemQQptZUK_CarsParts_Vehicles_CarParts_SM?hash=item3ca9b8410b" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

not fully wired up yet, but I hope to sort that over the next couple of weeks. There is some info in my project thread.

I would suggest you stick with standard bushes in the rear bush (little benefit in polys here, and they make things quite harsh), anti-roll bar (polys squeek), and lower arm rear postition (fit FRP rubber bushes, much better value).

Cheers for the info, i wont worry about polybushes then!
Im finding it a pain to get hold of lowering springs and exhaust systems round my way!
