immobilizer kicking in

Hi so i had a problem with my puma not starting - yeh was silly and i never fueled it! ops

so now the problem is this https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Xc7x7ISIzDc" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

the immobilizer is kicking in for some reason - this happend away last year and eventually fixed its self ( you can imagine the panic of every journey )
Has anyone had this issue before and how can i resolve it. before i got a new key and this never resolved the issue.

If its immob you'd get the red light on the clock flashing and there is no movement from the starter.
