keys are damaged

I have an issue with my keys, both keys are spinning in the holder. My main key isn't working due to the chip not working. What's the best step. I'm guessing buying a new chip won't be cheap. Thanks in advance

Do you mean the metal shaft is spinning in the key handle plastic?

You can get replacement keys, including chips from various auto key specialists. (rather than the dealer)

Also if it's a 3 button you can just replace the top half rather than buying a new remote to go with it!
