Misbehaving rubbers

Not sure if this is the rite area nor do I know if this has be asked before and I apologise if so. But I was cleaning my Puma this morning and noticed the rubber around the front windows has folded up and no matter what I do I cant get it to sit properly. This is at the top and so when you open and then close the window the rubber folds up and gets caught behind the glass. What can I do to solve this issue? Thanks

I've stopped this happening before with some silicone spray on the rubber.
