After much consideration and reading this forum, and a lot of searches :) finally today I picked up my black Puma cat :)

it's 2002 registered, 86k miles, 1.6 engine, very good condition (except for some rust in the arches...right! ), and I've got it for 900 pounds :) I love it!!!
Had to drive 2hrs each way to get it but I think it has worth it :)

I'm now designing some nice layers of vinyl to put on, my brother is a graphic designer and we want to start a small business doing just that.

I'll get some pictures soon!!

here they are: 2 pumas in my office parking lot. Arent' they pretty?

Indeed, great price for a 1.6 too, these usually fetch a higher premium just because there's less of them about.

Welcome along, glad you're sharing the love :eek:k:

indeed, the insurance premium was higher than expected, 900 with Churchill (TPI+fire+theft; 33yrs old; 0yrs NCB)

i'm basically coughing up another car each year :)

Had some time today to wash the PUMA cat, then took it for a ride... I love how it feels on twisted roads, it's awesome!!
Some new pics:

Last Sunday I took the blackcat for a spin, went to South Wales to some gorgeous piece of twisted asphalt (Black Mountain, between Brynamman and Llangadog).
I love the way this car sticks to the road, and the way it accelerates! It's been such a pleasure to drive it :)

Got to remember that - Brynamman and Llangadog - as I'm down there for 3 weeks soon ;)

Should have driven most of the area by the time I get back home.

Well, drop me a message when you're there and you want to go up the mountain, I might come and join you (but only on weekends).

Been on a joyride to Cheddar Gorges last weekend. Veery interresting piece of road (by the way, do we have a topic about interresting roads in UK?)

Some new pics for COTM ;)
