odb port no power?

Just trying to get my scanner to work but won't. It's as if the port on the car has no power going to it. The scanner works in my other cars.

Please help

Have you turned the ignition key on until the battery indicator light is on?

Yes I have. Like I say it works in my other puma,twingo and chevy. There is a light on the scanner to show its getting power usually but not in this car.

i belive there is a fuse for the obd port, have a look in the fusebox

Fuse 22, which is a red 10A. It's also, it claims, the same fuse as the radio (fuse 19 is also for the radio).
