poweflex bushes

thinkin of replacing all the bushes now. will definately have poly rear beam bushes because i refuse to struggle getting std ones in again...
first thing, im not sure if the wishbones are ford oe and im aware that aftermarket ones dont have the right size hole for poly bushes so how do i tell?
is it worth doing the whole lot or what?
