Remote locking actuator

Need to change the door mounted remote locking actuator.Before I start do I need any special tool to release the old one.It looks a bit of a baastard to get at,thanks.

If you mean the one on the door lock, you don't need any special tools but you're right it's a pain to get at. I changed the lock and it was glass out, window frame out, just to get to it.
