Once the date is confirmed I can check my shifts and as long as I'm not working i'll come along.

UPDATE

Ok results show the 1st February is the most popular so I have booked us in for the 1st and recieved confirmation.

Further Info from Ben regarding the BBQ situation:

''We do have to a strict rule of having a guaranteed 20 cars, as the additional costs of putting on a BBQ is quite high when you factor in wages for the additional person and the cost of the food (Approx. 150.00). Or for a guaranteed 15 it would be £45.00 a person''.
