Stereo Interference Advice

Hi all, just a quickie question...

I have the 6006 cd changer in my Puma and my mobile phone interferes with it all the time. Does anyone have any method to suppress this annoying thing happening? (apart from lobbing phone out of window!)

Was considering swapping it out for a 7" motorised screen dvd player, maybe this will motive me to do it sooner.

Do you mean the little "Buzz, buzz, buzz" that you hear through the speakers as the phone moves cells or when you get a call?

The only think that helped me in an old Escort was to put th ephone as far away from the radio as posible. Put it between the seats in that little mobile phone sized hole and see if that's better? (Assuming you keep it in the hole below the ashtray normally)

I've never noticed my phone doing that in my car now, but maybe that is because I don't have a Ford radio in it. Sounds like a good excuse to upgrade to me.. :funny:
