Over the last 3yrs i've mainly used silkolene Pro S. That was in my FTO GP Version R Aero Series & my Evo 5 GSR. For my fiesta work wagon i just use whatever i get my hands on. It's usually good stuff tho. My mate works at waste site & just brings me a gallon of the stuff they put in their vehicles & plant machinery when i ask him!!

Craig

I checked my oil yesterday and it was empty! So I bought Castrol Magnatec 5w30 A1. A bit pricey though. £30 for 4 litres! Methinks I need to shop around next time.
