Which fuse for cigarette lighter?

Morning All!

I picked up my new Thunder yesterday and noticed that the 12V feed does not work. I hope it is just a blown fuse, so I was hoping that one of you could tell me which fuse it is and where the fuse box is located (if not in an obvious place).

Central fuse box, in front of the driver's right knee, behind the cover (just pulls off). Fuse 1, 15amp (blue).
