Finally got around to giving my drums some TLC.
This simply will not do
After a quick blast with the wire brush drill things began to improve
Then after a clean and some good ol Hammerite I ended up with this. Didnt have a spray can so could have been a smoother finish but still better then before. Note the pesky brush bristle managed to sneak in without me noticing -_-
With the wheel fitted
On a slightly related topic I managed to get some proper centre caps for the Thunder wheels. However the shiny part in the cross bit are peeling away. My housemate suggested maybe repainting the cross bit in the same colour as the car (Magnum Grey) but im not sure how that would look. Thoughts?
