Has anyone got the AutoData guide that they can e-mail to me.Im going to be doing the cambelt soon,I have all the locking tools,I just want to be able to set the vct properly.

Hi Mark, I dont know if you got my PM on sunday, but the car im doing is my 99 1.7.
I am doing this tomorrow, so if you could manage to send me the info today or in the morning I would be very greatfull.
