Tighten up that front bumper on the side supporting bracket.

A couple of pics from my track taster session at Brands this week! Had a great time, but I SOOOOOO need some better tyres!! lol

its probably not the tyres, but more the size/offset of the wheels, puma is quite sensitive to incorrect scrub radius induced by incorrect offset, makes it go very understeery and will feel like tyre slip

Update time!

Hello all, thought I'd do a quick update of what I've been up to recently

Shiny new bumper from Ian! Cheers mate!

Next on the list is to fit my new stainless brake hoses (attempted it the other day but the nuts are all rusted & didn't want to break a pipe! & also get the other 2 tyres, then we'll take it from there

Hello all

After sorting a few bits on my little Puma last weekend thought I'd give it a quick wash this morning & post a few pics of how she stands at the moment. Hope you like!

Bits done recently. 20mm spacers on the rear. New rear bumper & bonnet (ok 2nd hand really!) run a proper cold air feed from the front bottom grill. 2 new Yokohama Parada's on the front. Moulded mud flaps front & rear fitted & removed most of the green 'Monster' stickers now!

Next on my list is 2 new tyres for the rear & fit the stainless brake hoses still in the boot!

Further down the line not really sure. Depends on time & budget really! Would like to fit strut braces at some point. Possible bucket seats & maybe lose some of the interior. Then hopefully get a bit more power out of the engine.

I think I may need to rob a bank first!!

Really nice looking car mate, cant put a put a price on how much fun youll have in it lol!!

Cheers fella, I love it! Took it for a blast today & it put a BIG smile on my face  although i'd like a bit more power. To be honest I'd love a FRP even more, although that would mean selling the ST Mondeo which I need for work. So that may have to wait.

Best thing to do is to take advantage of the benifits of your car, on a small and twisty track, you couldnt put any more power down anyhow. Why dont you go for lighter rather then more power, that will give you more power to weight, and better handling, a double whammy!! :p

Sounds like a good plan mate! I'm booked on the track day at Brands next month which should be good. Did a taster there last month, but 20 minutes just isn't enough. Also hopefully get some ideas from other members when I'm there!

not done too much lately, but did get round to changing my stereo. So it's gone from this......

Next on the list is the dreaded MOT this week! Arrrrrrr....... then got a few other little bits to do, fit the stainless brake hoses, 2 new tyres on the back, & gonna spray a couple of little bits orange! Then I'd really love to find a front splitter to fit!
