Ok, so when I bought the puma I was given a boot load of spares. On amongst was a set of what appears to be the later 258mm calipers and carriers. With my millennium being early 2000 I'm assuming it's using the 240mm disc and caliper setup.
Anyway I was wondering if it's just a case of swapping the calipers and carriers over then running the 258mm disc and corresponding pads?

Hi.
You did not mention discs. If you need to buy new discs and pads I would consider Focus 170 ST discs and Mondeo Mk2 Calipers. I have done this and the brakes are vastly superior. It comes down to what you want...... Money V braking. A straight swap apart from open up the calliper mounting bolt holes. I am not that sure on wheel clearance though as I run 17" wheels.

Regards,
Richard.
