central locking

Here goes
I have a 99 1.7 puma that did not have central locking i think as it was broke so ive changed the locks and all that and ecu also i now have a sensor (infrared) i the roof but with no wire to connect it .

So my question is can this be installed if so where does the wire for the sensor come from?

If i cant have this locking system what else could i do to be able to have central locking from a fob

Oh also the locking all works from the key (its a two button key) if put in door just need sensor to use buttons

You could have an aftermarket alarm fitted and if you get the right alarm it would work the central locking.

You could try removing the roof lining and see if you can find the wires or where they have been chopped off. They would go down the side of the drivers A pillar I should think.

i litterally had the insides out yesterday and there is deffently no wire

I think i might have to find one in a scrappy and chase the wire to see where it goes
