Coolant temperature sensor

Has anyone got a definitive part number or link to a replacement coolant temperature sensor? It's the one under the coil pack that sends a signal to the dash. Lots on eBay but they come in all shapes and sizes and I don't trust ebay 'parts suit' lists!
