Engine mounts

Went to fit my lower brace bar and it fouls on the engine.

From some reading it seems to be that my engine mounts need looked at. When doing a search, it seems that there are quite a few engine mounts which are all different styles. Can anyone give me a few tips on how to check which ones need replaced, or is there one that's more prone to wearing/breaking?

3 mounts in total...

Gearbox (passenger side)
Engine (drivers side)
Rear (back of gearbox/engine)

Gearbox and engine support the engine so I would say that one or both of these may need replacing if the engine is too low for the lower brace. The rear restricts the engine 'twist' when under power.

I have vibra technics engine mounts and the rear dog bone mount and the OMP lower brace still touched the engine/gearbox. It took a lot of adjustment it make it clear, worth the hassle though it makes a hell of a difference!!
