Martin - it doesn't recognise every car oddly enough. I just logged in using projectpuma / thunder2000 and I got in fine and looked up Cherie's old R501MJF ok.

Maybe clear your cache / cookies Dogsbody?

I have just got a copy of Microcat working in English on my PC :-D

Taken me about 3 weeks to get a copy that will work :shock:
That can give me most of the Etis info.

I do have a another Ford CD around here somewhere with ford manuals on as well.

Fords will only recognise the original plate usually unless otherwise instructed, has yours ever been changed?

no, ive got the original spanish service record with uk reg init when it was sent here.

You don't need to login now to get the vehicle details. Just click "Vehicle" top left.

This site says my Focus is Magnum Grey....it is not.

HPI Checked aswell as DVLA checked too and my details are right and this website is wrong.

It's only as good as the Ford employee that put the data on. My car reg isn't on there at all, but the VIN is.

Don't regard it as gospel :roll: just a tool that may be helpful to someone.

mine also does not work with reg but does with VIN also discovered my engine number is wrong on the V5

Engine number is last 7 digits of VIN I some ones get a S and 5 confused
