Fuel indicator problem

Hi, i've a problem with the fuel indicator, it work backwards and the reserve light doesn't come on.

I would suspect that the wrong fuel sender has been fitted, there are 3 different types. I prefer to just change the actual pump, which is a fairly common failure.

I have ordered a new fuel pump bosh on autodoc, i hope it solves the problem.

Changing the pump won't solve the gauge problem, you need to fit the correct sender/fuel pump assembly.

The pump is supplied with the float and the model is the correct, i think.
