Gearbox oil for FRP with LSD

The accumulation of parts for my rebuild continues, I have managed to get my hands on a newly refurbished FRP gearbox with lsd for what I considered a bargain compared to some of the FRP stuff up for sale. Sorry I have wandered off track totally :lol: , my question is do I just use standard gearbox oil or look to change to some of these oils that say they are “designed specifically “ for use with lsd gearboxes

Hi Simon.
The FRP lsd is an enclosed type (with plates in a can of specific oil)
Some LSD`s are open, they need the fancy gearbox oils.

So any old 75w90 will do.

Or top of the range Millers....

Thanks for the info, I will just use a decent 75w90 oil.
