help!! 2 problems with my puma :(

Hi guys got 2 little problems and not sure how to sort them.... First 1 is my heater doesn't blow cold air, it only blows red hot air from the engine even when knob is on blue.... And the second thing is there is a popping noise in the air pipe and the rebbe dip at traffic lights and sometimes cuts out....

The heater problem is probably the Heater Control Valve although we changed it and nothing changed, so we had to get another heater control panel which did cure the problem.

can't help on the other problem though

1- change hcv valve,use a genuine ford part
2 icv valve may need cleaning or replacing,also check clutch switch and also there is a sensor on the powersteering pipe,there have been know issues with the connector failing and need replacing..
as for the popping :- which pipe do you mean inlet pipe ,coolant pipe?????
need to be a bit more specific on this please,or post picture up showing which pipe you mean k:

The pipe coming from the airbox/filter you know the airpipe.
