So, lot's of tlc going on here.

Done in this pictures:

. Some Bits Painted and Clean;
. New OEM Intake gasket;
. New Clutch Kit;
. New seals;
. New temp sensors;
. New expasion tank;

The start!

Oil on the block.

After some brake cleaner.

New intake gasket.

Paiting some Bits:

Sump after a good clean along with the new seal.

Gearbox out, all dirty and covered in oil.

Old Oem Clutch disc.

Gearbox a little more clean.

Found a little water leak on the gearbox because of this! Looks nasty.

I can say that the interior mods are done. Digital Cluster was retrofitted with sucess along with some other bits! Pictures later :grin:

So... my aerial base broke! Went to Ford and they gave us this new part number. Dont look that bad when fitted!

Interior Mods, began..

2001 Black Heater control panel Fitted along with the Coin Holder as i dont smoke.

Improved boot light using genuine lamp lens

New front and rear speakers.

Retrofitted the Digital Cluster with sucess.

Sorted the stereo button that was missing.

How it looks.

And as last pic, everything okay and working.

Time and effort well spent here to me! Totally worth it because the car runs pretty good. k:
