When I got my Kat, she had an awful steering wheel. The leather was sticky and peeling badly (small bits!) I bought some Nikwax leather restorer and it has done a great job. I use it also on the backs of the chairs. Brings it up nicely. Not a lot of work to do either.

Spray it on to the area or plenty on a cloth and gently smooth over the surface. Leave it for about 2 mins and then rub off any that is left. I used 2 applications and steering wheel was great again. Make sure you give the wheel a good clean first tho, don't want any gunge stuck under the waterproofing surface!

This stuff is waterproofing and suggested for use on Gor-Tex, Sympa Tex and Permatex. Wasn't very expensive.

Hope that helps someone!

You haven't got any leather on your steering wheel red!!
