Hi all,
I'm new to working on cars so any help would be appreciated.
Iv recently been having problems with my puma. When trying to accelerate it is jittering, almost bouncing back and forth, and not accelerating until it reaches a higher RPM. Also its making a throbbing sound whilst idling, especially if the clutch is down (I managed to get a small video I will attach below).
I did a OBD test on the car and it came up saying 'P0022 Intake Camshaft Position Timing-Over-Retarded BANK 2'
Could this be the VCT solenoid valve?

its doing this a lot more when driving or stopped at lights etc, rather than being completely stopped in a car park.
