MK3.5 FIESTA RUNNERS

I know I need to get down to a scrapyard but theres none near me and thought it be a lot easier to ask on here.

Anyone have any to sell, or know where I can buy a couple of sets?

what does 3.5 mean mk3 to mk5?

As I understand it the reason I need 3.5 runners is that they match the floor pan of the puma for fitting standard RS Recaro seats.

I picked up the seats today and completely by a stroke of luck (well i thought) the guy I collected them from also had two sets of runners which he said he recieved with the seats when he brought them. I turned them over and they said 'Fiesta' on them and thought brilliant, however I looked at a guide over on Pumapeople in the wiki and the mk3.5 runners that I'm quite sure I need look different than the one's I have.

Might post a picture just in case actually, as I've already cleaned the rust off them and given them the hammerite treatment.

Still needed, willing to pay cash or even swap for mk4 fiesta/escort runners (rust free and nicely hammerite coated)

no, mk3.5 is not the same as mk3 hence why its called a 3.5

certain things on the mk3.5 were different to mk3 parts just before the cross over to mk4 happened.

runners were one of them, same floorpan layout as the mk4/puma but could still fit older fiesta seats to them

mk3 runners dont fit to the puma floor pan

to be safe find an n reg fiesta as that will deffo be a 3.5

because it has upgrades to a normal mk3 but its still wasnt a mk4 so was a halfway house

it looks the same from the outside as a mk3 though

well thats shut me up lol but i have seen a few p reg mk3 fiesta tho

i dont like the mk4 front end looks abit half arsed to me
but i was told the early pumas had a different floor pan to the later one's
