It looks a bit pricey to me. If you search on forums you'll find the Mondeo MK1 2.0L throttle body mod. I can't remember exact diameter but it's bigger than standard. To make it worthwhile you have to machine/grind out the inlet manifold to match the larger diameter.

I managed to find the correct Mondeo throttle body for £40 or so posted from Spain. Unfortunately I then decided to 'flow' the throttle butterfly by sharpening it, which had the side effect of raising the idle speed too high even if I completely blocked off ICV. One of these days I'll find a replacement butterfly plate and put it back in.
 
I cant say for sure based on that single photo, but that posted ebay TB looks very similar to the stock Cougar/Mondeo 2.5l TB, which is a 54mm unit. I probably have at least one in my basement, if not two or three. If anyone is interested in trying it, I would be willing to see if I can dig one out.

If you assume bigger is better, than the ST200 TB would fit the same flange, but is a 60mm unit.
