My son was given an old Mobylette some years ago when he was living in France(was going to the dump).It laid in his barn for years until earlier this year when we brought it back to uk and decided that as I get bored easy I should renovate it with a price limit of £300.Anyway yesreday I finished it and took it for a ride round the garden.All we need now is confirmation of year of manufacture(1961) and we can apply for a UK plate.Well 
has it got the large seat so you can take passengers at 20mph around town?
