Getting a few things done:

- Two arches rust removed and sprayed.
- 2 Front bushes & wishbone maybe (cant what remember exactly)
- Clock spring sorted, steering wheel making scratching/rubbing noise.
- 2 Elec windows were sticking.

Good for £470 all in, do we think?

Sounds reasonable, how are they repairing the rust, grinding it down and acid treating it or cutting it out and replacing the metal?

Not entirely sure - what would be the best way, cutting it out obviously? Doubt its a cut out job (just bubbling) rekon its a grind-down.

Not trying to state the bleeding obvious but if they're not cutting it out then make sure they're grinding out the rust inside the arch as that's where it started in the first place. Simply cleaning up the visible parts will be ok for a while but will soon return.

Yeah the only way to get rid of rust properly is to cut it out. So unless its had a good job done on it with the grinder it will return in a matter of weeks/months.

Does sound like a good price though.
