rattling at 60mph...

just a quick one, its going into the garage later but id like a heads up...
only been driving the car for over a week, friends who have been in the car say they can feel rumbling in the footwell of the passenger side, also when it gets to 60mph it rattles like hell, then at 85, well i cant even go past that because the whole dash shakes...
any ideas?? x

Sounds like your tracking is out, or your wheels need re-balancing

Tracking, wheel balancing, buckled wheels - could be any of those.

hiya, thanks for the replies, took it in, it was a warped tyre?! never heard of that before but it had a big egg on it so had to have a new tyre, feels much smoother now, although a tiny bit of a wobble is still there, needs tracking as soon as the other 3 tyres are paid for!
