Rear view mirror issue!

Ok so I seem to have a bog standard rear view mirror that doesn't rotate to fit my line of sight. I can't seem to move it at all, but I also can't just take it off, it's fixed into the window it seems. Any suggestions?

I found this with mine - the ball seems to very stiff in comparison to other cars that I have driven. Also took a while to find anything that would stick the mirror to the glass.

i used gorilla glue in the end as the sticky pads wouldnt hold it very well, just hope i never have to take it off

Hey Alfie, I tried to use Gorilla glue but it slid all over the place wouldn't hold.
My mechanic stuck it in but right now I'm back here again as it's fallen off again!
He's saying if it falls off he'll get me a suction cap rear view. Oh the drama!
