Seatbelt light

After gutting the whole interior, I'll only be running a single bucket seat. So after removing what I assume are the pre-tensioners, I have a seatbelt warning on the dash flashing at me. How do people get around this?

Solder a wire with a 12kOhm resistor onto the plug under your seat/carpet. Works for three years now for me.

Have you removed the airbag as wel? Remember that the bealt tensioner, seatbelt, and tensioner work together whot the airbag. If you remove one, the entire system wil be out of wack, and you might end up hurting yourselfe more than you actualy have to if you are in a crash.

To clarefy. In any volvo, if you remove the pasanger airbag, you also need to chamge the belt itselfe to, because it is no longer regarded as safe whitout the airbag.
