In all seriousness I was in my uncles garage about 6 weeks ago and a lady did come in and ask for some 'brown yucky stuff you put in engines'

Brilliant!! women like that give us BLONDE FEMALES a bad name

Don't worry we told her to go to Boots and ask for some johnsons.

I'm liking the theme of this thread so i'm gonna admit to something.. I drive customers cars back and forth all day most of which are automatics. I got into my car the other day, set off out on my journey and come up to a junction. I pressed the brake.. but totally forgot to put the clutch down and stalled... yes i'm also a pratt
Similar story from my Mk2 Escort days... Normally I'd be driving a MkIV Escort Diesel van or a Land Rover at work but one day I ended up with a Peugeot 309 GTi or something similar for the day.
The brakes on the 309 were so snappy that just breathing on them would nearly put you through the windscreen (you can see where this is going, can't you?).
Anyway, end of the day rolls around and I end up jumping back into the Ecky and flaring up to the works exit... lightly dab the brake and nearly end up in the hedge on the other side of the road!
:drive: <- me

Yes, I've done this (with two seperated Peugeots too). First time I got into my mates 107, came up to a junction and pushed the brake pedal down as I would in my puma. And both of us nearly went through the windscreen :-/ Then after that day, got back in my puma and thought my brakes had gone!

I have also many a time gone from manual to automatic and completely messed up!
