Wanted - Set 16" Alloys w. Tyres

Hi all,
Looking for a set of 16's with tyres for my 1.7 Puma.
Just bought it for tracking. Going to be home from offshore in couple of days and want to get started with mods and need some 16's to get the mondeo callipers under.

Has anyone fitted mondeo callipers under the 15 props?? How much grinding is involved???

i'm pretty sure you still have to grind some of the calipers off even with 16's, so I could imagine it would be quite a bit of grinding.

I got some nice 16's sitting in my room and I cant afford to put tyres on them, how depressing lol

Most 16" wheels will be fine with Mondeo calipers, except ST24 turbines, and Fiesta Zetec-S Mk6 wheels; both of these catch the caliper on the inner face of the spokes.

You can grind them to fit inside turbines, but need spacers, as again they foul the inside of the spokes.

When changing wheels, try to stick as close as possible to ET34 offset. ET35 is fine, ET40 isn't; trashes the way the car drives.
