windscreen removal and replacement

any ever attempted this?

I have a screen in my spares car to remove and put into my used car which has a cracked screen,

I have some cutters from ebay and thats it, any advice welcome.

It's not something you can really do yourself if you've no experience as the windscreen is an important structural part of the car

plus you'll probably break it removing it from the donor.

sorry to hikack post, but can the rear quarter glass be DIY removed as it looks pretty well fitted to me,?? unlike the old fiestas with their nice friendly rubbers.
