Hope you can help me to get an idea about this problem i'm having right now...
Since a week or 2 my car makes a strange 'woosh' noise which is going "on and off" when cornering hard to the right.. so when the weight of the car is on the left side it is starting to make a sound...
thought it could be with the tires or something... but yesterday when i came home a took a sharp turn left... and when steering out it felt and heard like something was grinding... it stopped after a few seconds... it could be the ABS or traction control getting stuck (same noise)
afterwards i took off my left front wheel and found some iron shavings a long side the ABS sensor...
3 weeks ago changed my front wheel bearings and CV joint Rubbers... CV joint was greased in good at that moment... and still is i think...
Could it be that my CV joint has given up? Or what could this mean ?
Tried to drive with maximum turn in today... and you don't hear loud noises coming from the CV joints.... but is that a guarantee that everything is alright with them
