The Desire does look really nice. Great screen resolution, decent CPU & RAM, camera's better than the Hero I played with too. Much as I love my Omnia, I might be persuaded to part with it for one of these (unlike the unmentionable fruity product :wink: ).

Cool, cheers. I was going to centre the new thread as much about the facelift/shell, as the mats, as I figure there's more to that I didn't know, compared to just the mats alone.

Thanks for the info. Just realised that's dirt on the mats... thought it was a different colour. Most of the ebay ones I saw won't admit to doing mfr logos. Looks like I'll be getting a bit more grubby to do the steering wheel then, as it's certainly not 60° out.

Nice guide. Couple of questions - Is the steering column splined? Our wheel is off by a few degrees and I'm wondering if it'll be easier to take the wheel off or do it on the tracking instead (depending which end looks like it was worked on previously). Secondly, do you have a link where I can...

When you say you've checked all the switches, did you actually perform the built in diagnostic test? Got the same problem on ours but haven't had a chance to do the test yet. Will be trying it at the weekend though.
