The hard part is getting the lens to seperate from the black part which you are going to change the colour of. Other than that, there is no big challenge to it. Mine is still looking fine and has not reacted to the hot light atmosphere yet.

The inside of the head lights is just chrome silver. I did them a long time ago back in 2007 :)

remember to disconnect the battery before doing it because if you dont, the horn will sound randomly whilst you are pushing the stalk unit into place due to the connection being "connected" when you adjust the stalk into place ;)

you can get the kind of seal used for the lotus's vehicles. the vehicles made by Lotus are mainly "glued" together and they have proven that it is extremely strong. Maybe you can get some strong aluminium arches and glue them onto the puma using betaseal (i think thats what its called) And you...

mine doesnt flash when I single lock it. Also... I think you might need to check your handbook is for the right "version" of puma as well ;) from what I know, certain handbooks reflect the wrong version of the puma and when you refer to it to change the fuses, they are all wrongly diagramed.

this remote on the puma is a infra-red remote. the receiver is on top on the cabin light area. If you stand far away, try aiming the small IR led to that black spot on the cabin light. you should be able to lock it if you are not too far away.

Oh forgot to mention you can add washers to adjust the "tilt" the window at the place where you placed the bolts. I have done mine and the window goes up and down perfectly and also sit in the window frame without catching the top most's window seal rubber into the window frame.
