Mike check the FAQ for the steering wheel removal guide. It's very straight forward :)

Looking good!

yeah ive been looking at that, thanks red. Il give it ago soon, have it ready for fitp 8)

and Kev, yeah dont forget ya fuzz thing, il give him abit of trim, lol :p

ive finally got round to buying the bumper grille has the clips have snapped on mine, pick it up tomorrow :D

also had abit of an impulse buy why i was there and bought the original frp mats as they have been restocked now. At 50 quid they arnt cheap but o well you only live once :pose2:

£50 is the defacto standard for mats from dealers I think. that's what the standard ones cost too and also how much the mats cost for one of my previous cars.

Look forward to seeing it all next week!

well ive had a busy day today. Actually should i say eldood has, lol.

he fitted my discs and calipers back on the car after there fully fixed with new paint. must say hes done an amazing job thy look brand new :)

Took alot longer than expected and had afew minor set backs, but the end result is amazing. Chris really knows what hes doing with these brakes.

next up Chris was kind enough to fit my racing puma steering wheel as i wasnt confident enough to do it on my own, lol

then as my car has been feeling abit sluggish we tried fitting his spare coil pack to see if that cured it. And we both couldnt believe the difference, it feels like a new car now. Much more responsive and really feels like it wants to go now :eek:k:

and before i went i fitted my frp mats which are really cool and look better than the taty things i had in previous

All in all very pleased with everything and im loveing this car now. things are really comeing along now. Want to say a big thanks to Chris for all his help over the past couple of months with swopping calipers, servicing, fixing and all the running around etc etc he has done for me. really apprciate it. :D

Looks fab mate. Did he sort that stripped thread on your alcons then? Use a helicoil?

Looking forward to seeing it sunday :eek:k:

Definitely looking forward to seeing it. Sounds like Chris did a mighty good job looking after you and your car :eek:k: That's awesome.

yeah it was machined out and then a helicoil was fitted. fingers crossed its work, Chris said to just keep an eye on it.

Cant thank him enough, god knows how much pumabuild or similar would have charged and they would have spent knowwhere near the amount of time and effort that Chris did.

Just need to do some more bedding in sessions, so harnesses are getting some use :funny:

Helicoils are fab - we use them all the time at work for decent threads in 5m2 magnesium plates.

ive finaly got my frp airbox in :eek:k: still needs a cold air feed, but i can sort that out.

thanks to jayfrp (think thats his name on here) for giving me a hand/doing it, lol and for selling me a samco hose cheap.

so not alot really :pinkeye:

I recieved my "conversion by tickford" badges today. So fitted them why its not raining.

They are gel pads, however they gave me the mock up ones which are just a normal sticker.
