My boss is so arrogant and half whitted its unreal!

I've been an absolute whirling dirvish all afternoon, even after going in an hour and half early to clean up after someone elses mess... run both machines, saved him a fortune, belted out everything asked of me AND MORE, yet he still likes to have a moan and a jibe at me.... oh the machine doesn't like punching thin stainless.... so im having to move 15 tools from one to the other (no small feat I hasten to add!) reprogram it and then set it up.... his responce (rather than spending out to get the number one machine fixed he getting me to "monitor the situation") is "tell me something I dont know"

No thanks, no offer of teaching me the things I'm begging to learn, no hey you want a pay rise to the average wage for what you're doing..... no.... I get ignored unless I do something wrong.... I swear if I find another CNC punch press setter job local then im out of there fast as I can go!

They were nice enough to leave what they broke off laying under the car.

I was outside all day yesterday in T-shirt and shorts. Fine - except for the horseflies. I reckon I have 50-60 bites over my arms and legs and some are really red, swollen and angry. I didn't sleep very well last night...

yes - apparently if you go over a certain speed (something like 4 mph) flying critters cannot land on you and bite you
