you need to make make sure there is 1 live feed wire which keeps memory,and switch live which operates the headunit,if you have these both connected you may have to swap them around on the head unit as some units allow this depending on what make of car you are fitting it to.i.e vauxhalls have to swap switch and perm around for unit to operate correctly
