Not made it through MOT

After a couple of hundred quid and two saturday's worth of work it still didn't slip through the MOT. They found that the mounting point for the passenger seatbelt/seat was rusty so needs some welding done, estimate of £70 unless they find it goes further

I guess this sound reasonable???

Mines a V reg 145k miles, so splashed a few puddles I suppose.
