Have you spoken to Dink? She couldn't get your address as PP1 is down and is panicking about not getting the money to you in time.

Sorry I haven't replied to your SMS Vicky, only just pulled my phone out of my bag :-(

Meet Update

Ok. The deadline has now passed this evening for those wishing to place an advance ticket order as part of the club's order. ;)

If I have not yet recieved payment from you (or in 3 cases have made special allowance for you), then I am unable to process your order. (The list of those who I have received money from can be seen in the first post of this thread.)

However, I am planning to arrange for a couple of additional vehicle stand passes to allow for any late-comers to show their Puma's too if required. If you wish to purchase any further tickets, then I would please ask you to purchase them directly from the organisers:

http://www.fordfair.co.uk/buy_now.html" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

We you wish to display your Puma as part of the diplay and are purchasing tickets in this way, then I would please ask for you to let me know, so I can plan for the correct number of number plate covers, etc to be ordered. :D

I will place our group order first thing tomorrow morning and will fully update thread tomorrow evening. :D

Ive bought an extra ticket for my friend max, he will probably be coming in his escort cabriolet, so will he be able to sit his car near us on the end out the way?

Ideally I would like to keep the stand for just Puma's. However, as I've asked for 29 stand passes I'll be happy for your friend to bring his Escort, should I be unable to use all of these passes. I may not know this for sure until possibly the day of the event itself. ;)

He will park in the car park if he has to, he may even come in his skoda so if thats the case then he obviously wont park with us.

So me Smarts not welcome then!!!

;)

In both your cases, I have allocated a vehicle stand pass to you / your friend. Dependant on the size / shape of the stand, I'm likely to group both your vehicles together and I will provide a numberplate cover / information sheet for them both too, as with the Puma's.

Yes, I'll be making up a display sheet for each car with information about it. It will be A4 sized and laminated if I can. I'll approach everyone showing their car at the start of the month for the information I'll need for it.

Have you spoken to Caz who did them last year? Just mentioning it in case you want to borrow the format. No doubt you have something more Italian planned though ;)

woo do them like flags!! :) Guss pinks out the question for me then as its red white and green italy isnt it!! Why dont you do them in the style of Pizza's?! :)

Ok my imagination running away with me....

Cherie. Can you please reply to the PM and e-mail I sent you, as there is a problem with the cheque payment you sent me.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------

I'm going to make up a Infomation sheet for each vehicle showing on the stand. It will be of the same design as that below:

I would therefore be grateful if you could PM me the following details of your Puma when possible:

Type of Vehicle (i.e Ford Racing Puma)
Number Plate (i.e P17 FMS) + Manifold Number if it's a FRP
Ford Colour (i.e Radiant Red)
Any Mods or Extras (i.e Mudflaps, Uprated ICE, etc)
