Having trouble finding specific directions to the Brampton services, is there a BP garage there? Best i could find - A1-A14 Roundabout, Brampton, Huntingdon, PE28 4NQ.

Sound about right?

We'll only be in my old banger if you've got 10. Cherie would have bought Millie to make it up to 10, but didn't really want to! :lol:

Hah! Me too, i went to a RR day at Torque of the Devil in my previous car (Focus 1.8) and it was really good fun. Nice to see some of the big 2.5 ST's letting rip, not to mention one of the members brought his Civic Type R. Loudest thing i've ever heard and it sounds amazing right up to the redline!

My mate with his focus is in the process of dropping a 2.1 zvh in, he is building it in a donor car at the moment and he is hoping to get in in for the day. With other mods he is hoping for 300+

Regardless hes going with the 1.8 if its not done.

Really hope it is because its going to be mental!! lol

My other mate with his lexus has been talking about dropping a twin turbo supra lump in, but dont think he will be doing this before the day

Yeah that does sound mental! I was pretty happy with my 1.8's result, with just a panel filter it gave out 122bhp and 122ft/lb of torque! Only problem being the Focus is kinda heavy so it never seemed that fast, defintely not as fast as the Puma!

I had the same conversation with him the other day. He said he could only get a certain speed down a road near me and i said i could go 10mph faster. Which is as you say down to the weight.

Its going to be intersting, im looking forward to seeing the FRPs on it, as ive seen em but never actually herd them.

Mine will also be the oldest there i think, but ive changed my engine from a 130000to a 62000 so that should be interesting too for me

Excellent car to drive but just a little too heavy to take any benefit of the decent Zetecs they get. I've never seen an FRP in the flesh....yet!
