what other engine options are there?

i would like to keep my car forever but i am feeling the need for more power so what engine options are readilt available for the puma.

i cant do it myself as im not skilled enough so id be looking for a drive in drive out service but id be looking for a decent power increase from the approx 140bhp i already have.

any prices anyone knows would be good too

Not sure how much it would cost but its been done before- granted in a FRP- but it will go?

Duratec seems a great option, lightweight and 200 HP seems readily achieveable, plus lots of off-the-shelf goodies, plenumns, SC kits, TB's, etc, give OC Motorsport a try or PM through zsoc.

Thoroughly recommend Ollie - he put a new engine in my Puma and has also worked on Cherie's Millie to high standards.

impressive.. thats the kind of figures id like to see. altho i would much prefer 250-300bhp to be satisfied i wont be changing yet again in another couple of years. id like the mk1 rs engine but the prices seem to be way tooo much. pumabuild said like 7k which i cannot jusify at the minute.
