No and yes.
In theory they are easy to change but it will depend on the amount of corrosion you have to deal with. You will need to remove the two caliper mounting bolts which are usually quite difficult without the right tools (six sided socket and preferably an impact wrench). The caliper needs to come off to change the discs, but you won't need to disconnect the brake line, just make sure the caliper is supported.
You will need a 7mm allen key to remove the caliper slide pins.
If the pads are really worn down, you will need to push the piston back in quite a bit so remove the cap off the master cylinder and make sure it's not over full, because you will push fluid back into it and it will overflow.
Use some brake cleaner to clean and degrease everything before re-assembly.
Drive with caution until the new brakes are bedded in.
