Flowing cylinder head

Does anyone have any experience with flowing the 1700 Zetec cylinder head? It was going to be my next step along with some cams but i was wondering if there is going to be much to gain as getting ~125bhp from a 1700cc would suggest it's running reasonably lean as it is!

Would just be buying another head from ebay and working on it as i need to drive my car
