For both wheels to collapse without actually hitting something, I would suggest someone has tried to nick your wheels and has left all the nuts undone.

The ST170 caliper requires the hub drilling so assume the Mk3 Mondeo caliper will need the same. My ST170 calipers with 300mm discs fit under my 15" wheels but they are Compomotive CXR's.

I ordered a second hand fob from Ebay which arrived today and was able to program it using the guide from on here so I now have a working key and fob, just need to get another second hand fob and then get a new key programmed from Ford.

This. Before you do anything else whip out the plugs and check them out. See if they're wet with fuel or dry. Check a plug for a spark. Get back to basics.

I've ordered a set today from Pumaspeed, plus I've gone for some EBC turbo groove front discs. Hopefully getting some ST170 rears on Wednesday, I'll see what state the discs & pads are before buying replacements. If I need to I'll use std Mintex discs & pads.

Question regarding the rear discs, what flexi pipe did you use?

Start with the basics, whip a plug out and check to see if it's wet and smells of fuel, then check for a spark at the plug. At least then you'll know if it's fuel or ignition.

I have swapped the airbag steering wheel for a Momo and removed the Seatbelt pre-tensioners with harnesses so have no need for the SRS warning light. Can I removed the Airbag ecu and disable the dash warning light?

What are the rear fogs like? Any bleaching?
