Hi does anyone know if the front puma seat runners come separate from the seat base or is the runners part of the seat base. Im thinking about getting some bucket seats for my puma and was wondering if the standard seat runners will bolt to a set of bucket seats.

Are these easy to remove. Ive got a 2ltr mondy throttle body to fit so u was rather gonna leave it on the car put some rag in the inlet port where the throttle body goes and bore the hole out or remove the manifold and do the job properly.
